We are committed to ensuring that all participants in our coaching programs, courses, and events receive timely and reliable access to our services. This Delivery Policy outlines how coaching sessions, digital products, and related services are delivered.
1. Coaching & Training Sessions
Live sessions are delivered online via platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or other notified channels.
Access details (links, login credentials, or instructions) will be sent to the registered email address and/or WhatsApp number provided at the time of registration.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible devices to attend sessions.
2. Digital Content & Resources
Any digital resources (workbooks, templates, recordings, or supplementary materials) will be delivered via email, secure links, or learning platforms.
Access is typically provided within 24–48 hours of enrollment, unless otherwise stated.
Access to recordings (if included in your program) will be available for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
3. Timing of Delivery
Immediate confirmation will be sent upon successful registration/payment.
Session schedules and access details are shared at least 24 hours before the first session.
For pre-recorded courses or self-paced programs, access is generally granted instantly or within 24 hours.
4. Non-Delivery Issues
If you do not receive access details within the specified timeframe, please check your spam/promotions folder first.

5. Changes & Rescheduling
We reserve the right to reschedule or delay sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly via email/WhatsApp.
Replacement sessions or recordings will be provided in case of unavoidable changes.
6. Responsibility of Participants
Delivery is considered successful once access credentials, links, or materials are sent to the registered contact details.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure correct contact details are provided during registration.
