Business Description
The D2C Rescue Challenge is a 3-day live online event hosted by Divyashekhar. The program is designed to help D2C founders and manufacturers identify leaks in their business, reduce RTO, improve ROAS, and build scalable, profitable brands using structured strategies and frameworks.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or participating in the D2C Rescue Challenge ("event," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.
2. Use of Event Services
2.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate. By joining, you confirm you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.
2.2. Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete details during sign-up. Access to the event, materials, and community groups (WhatsApp/Telegram, etc.) will be provided only to registered participants.
2.3. User Conduct
You agree not to disrupt the event, spam the community, share misleading claims, or engage in disrespectful behavior. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without refund.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. Ownership
All strategies, slides, recordings, worksheets, and frameworks shared during the event are the intellectual property of Divyashekhar and are protected by copyright laws.
3.2. Limited License
You are granted personal, non-transferable access to the event materials. Recording, redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Privacy
By registering, you consent to us collecting and using your name, contact details, and participation data for event communication, updates, and related offers. We will not sell your data to third parties.
5. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to revoke your access to the event or community if you violate these Terms, including sharing paid content, misusing the platform, or behaving inappropriately.
6. Disclaimers
6.1. The event provides educational training, strategies, and business frameworks. It does not guarantee financial results, as outcomes depend on your efforts, execution, and business context.
6.2. The event is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divyashekhar shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the event.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be shared via the registration email or event community group.
